Trainer
Certification
Deliver effective, ongoing training through your own internal resources.
STEP ONE: YOU WATCH, WE DO
A PathWise Certified Facilitator delivers the complete training course. This gives the Trainer Candidates an opportunity to see the program and how the various modules fit together.
STEP TWO: WE DO TOGETHER
This hands on portion teaches how to coach and facilitate application of the concepts, tools, techniques, and learning outcomes to real life situations in both classroom and non-classroom environments.
STEP THREE: YOU DO
Trainer Candidates work with the PathWise Facilitator on training content, knowledge and training delivery. Trainer Candidates will complete an assessment of key learning objectives, and receive one on one coaching.
STEP FOUR: MAINTAIN CERTIFICATION
The Certified Trainer must complete training once a year, submit an annual renewal fee, and evaluations of all training courses completed.

From Our Certified Trainers
“I recommend certifying internal employees as PathWise instructors because it gives you more flexibility in your training. It allows you to train whenever you need to, rather than waiting for a public seminar, or trying to organize an onsite training. The other thing that it provides is an onsite facilitator for those people who are trying to learn new skills. These employees can become an invaluable resource to you.”
